Access this window using one of the following methods:

In a window or grid, at an amount field, press F2.
Note You must first access the amount field before pressing F2 to access the Calculator. Pressing F2 is available only if there is a Calculator button for the field.

In a window or grid, at an amount field, click the Calculator button.
Note In grids, the Calculator button appears when you click an amount field or press the TAB or ENTER key to access the amount field.

Use Calculator to calculate values to enter in amount fields in windows or grids.
If you start entering an amount directly into the amount field in the window or grid, you can press F2 to access the Calculator window at any time. After entering a calculation, clicking Return displays the calculated value in the amount field in the original window or grid.
Note The Calculator is available only in some modules.
