Select the module's Period End menu > Period End Processing. In the Period End Processing window, click Proceed. The Complete Period End Processing window appears.
Note If the Print Period End Reports check box was selected in the Period End Processing window, the Complete Period End Processing window appears after the last period-end report is printed.

The Complete Period End Processing window notifies you that the period will be automatically incremented to the next defined period when period-end processing is completed.
