Form Printing Methods

Printing with the Software

Note This topic applies only to printing in the Material Requirements Planning and Work Order modules.

There are two types of print jobs: reports and forms. A form refers to a specific type of document that allows you to select the locations of fields, field descriptors, and form length (for example, checks, invoices, sales orders, or purchase orders). In general, forms do not include journals, registers, or any menu option that contains the word report. There are two methods of form printing within the software. The first method allows you to print nongraphical (character) forms. The second method allows you to print graphical forms, which are SAP Crystal Reports-based forms.
