This field displays the Forms Code. To change the forms code, return to the window where you opened Forms Customization by clicking Cancel. You can then enter another forms code and begin this process again.
1. Header
Select this check box to print descriptive headers on the form. If you are using forms that do not have pre-printed headings, select this check box. If you use custom stock forms with preprinted headings, clear the check box.
Select this check box if you need to print wide forms that exceed the standard 80-column format.
Select this check box to add a form feed after each printed form.
The default length (expressed in vertical lines from top to bottom) of the form is displayed and can be changed.

The top margin of the form can be specified in 1/1000th of an inch. The default setting is 350. Changing the top margin will move the entire form up or down vertically.
If you are printing the form from DOS or directly to a printer port (character session programs only), the top margin is ignored. This setting is only used for forms printed through Windows printer drivers.

Total Number of Lines in Grouping
This field refers to the total number of lines you want to use for each detail item. This field is only used for forms that include detail lines.

Number of Lines per Detail Item
This indicates the number of lines you want to use for each detail item. For example, you might want to print two lines of information for each invoice item, one for the line item detail and a second for a description.

Starting Line Number for First Item
This indicates the number of (vertical) lines from the top of the form on which line item detail will begin printing. If you enter a starting line number greater than the default, the total number of lines available for line detail will be reduced.

2. Detail
Select the Print check box to print the selected data field on the form. Then, enter the line number and tab position for the data field.
Select the Print check box to print the description for the selected data. Then, enter the line number and tab position for the description.
In the Description text box, enter the description to be printed for the selected data.
