This field displays the batch numbers and can only be viewed.
Select this check box to select the batch to print or update. Clear this check box if you do not want to print or update the batch.
This field displays the status of the batch and can only be viewed. To reset the batch status, select the batch and click the Reset Status button. You can reset only one batch status at a time.
Available is displayed if no users are currently editing, printing, or updating the batch.
In Use is displayed if the batch is being edited by another user.
Print/Update is displayed if the batch is being printed or updated.
Interrupted is displayed if the batch update was interrupted.
Unavailable is displayed if the batch is unavailable. For example, the batch is unavailable if it has been removed from the system.
This field displays the user ID of the user who created the batch and can only be viewed.
This check box displays whether the batch is private or not and can only be viewed.
This field displays the batch comment and can only be viewed.
This field displays the number of entries currently in the batch and can only be viewed.
This field displays the batch total and can only be viewed.
