The address block on forms includes a third address line, which can be used to print additional address information; however, the third line is not shown if it is blank or if you are printing on preprinted forms.

Use this procedure to print the third address line when printing on a preprinted form.

Expand/Collapse item  Before You Begin

  • SAP Crystal Reports must be installed on the workstation.

 

To print the third address line on a preprinted form

  1. In the form printing window, in the Form Code field, enter the form code to modify and click Designer. The form appears in Crystal Designer.  

  2. Delete REM from the third address line in the Address Block formula field.  

Note Some forms contain the BillToAddressBlock, SoldToAddressBlock, ShipToAddressBlock, or ReturnToAddressBlock field.

Note You may have to move other fields to accommodate the third address line.

  1. Save the form and close Crystal Designer.

The third address line is now available for the preprinted form.
