Set Up Sage Connect Integration

 

Follow these steps to set up Sage 100 integration with Sage Connect, an application built on Sage Network platform:

 

Install Sage Network Setup app

To set up Sage 100 integration with Sage Connect, an application built on Sage Network platform, you must install the Sage Network Setup app.

  1. At the server where Sage 100 is installed, download the Sage Network Setup app: Sage Network.exe
  2. Right-click Sage Network.exe and select Run as Administrator to start the installation wizard, and click Next at the Welcome screen.
  3. In the Choose Destination Location screen, click Browse to select the folder where Sage 100 is installed and click Next.
  4. Proceed through the wizard to complete the installation.

 

Run the Sage Network Setup app

When you install the Sage Network Setup app, it is added to your Start menu. Run the app to set up integration with Sage Connect, and select a Sage 100 company to sync with the application.

  1. Start the Sage Network Setup app:
    • If you're on a computer running Windows Server: In the Sage folder on the Windows Start menu, right-click Sage Network Setup and select Run as administrator.
    • If you're installing on a computer running a non-server version of Windows: In the Sage folder on the Windows Start menu, click Sage Network Setup.
  2. In the Welcome screen, click Continue.
  3. In the Configure Sage 100 access screen:
    1. Enter the installation path to the Home folder for the Sage 100 installation that you're integrating with Sage Connect on the Sage Network platform, or click the Browse button to select the path.
    2. Enter your Sage 100 user logon and password, and then click Sign in.
    3. Select the Sage 100 company to sync to Sage Connect, and click Continue.
  4. In the Configure Sage 100 sync screen:
    1. Select the Enable data sync to Sage Connect check box.
    2. Select the number of hours between data syncs, and click Continue.

      Note If you select Daily at a specific time, enter the specific time for the sync to run.

    3. Click the Sage Network Terms of Service link.
  5. In the Connect Sage 100 to Sage Connect screen, click Connect.
  6. In the Sage Log in screen, you can enter your existing Sage account (also known as Sage ID) to log in, or click Create account and enter the fields to create a new Sage account and then click Sign up.

    Note If you create a new Sage account, the Verify your email address screen appears. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address and click Continue. In the Sage Log in screen, enter your email address and password, and then click Log in.

  7. In the Connecting the following company screen, click Continue to connect the selected Sage 100 company to Sage Connect.
  8. In the Sage 100 setup complete screen, click Finish.

Sage 100 is now integrated with Sage Connect.

After data has synced, visit https://network.sage.com/app to view your Sage 100 data in Sage Connect.
