Company

This field displays the company code and can only be viewed.

 

Company Name

This field displays the company name and can only be viewed.

 

Include

Select this check box to enable the role.

 

Exclude

Select this check box if you do not want to enable the role.

 

Start Date

Enter a start date for the role to become effective. If this field is blank, the role is effective immediately. Click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar.

 

Expiration Date

Enter an expiration date for the role. Click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar.
