Access this window using one of the following methods:

• Select Library Master Setup menu > Report Manager. In the Report Manager window, select a module and click the Create New Report button. In the Report Manager window, in the Report Name field, select <new report>. In the New Report window, select the Import Crystal Report check box, type a report title in the Report Title field and click OK.

• Select Library Master Setup menu > Report Manager. In the Report Manager window, select a report with an asterisk (*) next to the name and click the Maintain button. In the Report Manager window, click Export.

Note This task is available only for some modules.

Overview

Use Import/Export Report to import a custom report into the software or to export forms and reports to be used outside of the software. You can only import SAP Crystal Reports created outside of the software. After the report has been imported, it can be added to the Custom Reports menu.

This task is available only for reports created using SAP Crystal Reports and with the SOTAMAS90 ProvideX ODBC driver or the MAS_REPORTS SQL driver.
