Copy to Company Code

This field displays the company code selected in the Paperless Office maintenance task, and can only be viewed.

 

Copy from Company Code

Enter the company you are copying PDF settings from, or click the Lookup button to list all company codes. This must be a different company than the company you are copying settings to.

 

Copy from Module Code

Enter the module you are copying PDF settings from, or click the Lookup button to list all activated modules in the selected company code. If you selected a module in the Paperless Office maintenance task, that module is displayed and can only be viewed.

 

Override Existing Entries

Select this check box to override existing PDF settings when copying settings from one company to another. Clear this check box to prevent existing settings from being overridden.
