Select Production Management Inquiries menu > Work Ticket History Inquiry.
Use Work Ticket History Inquiry to view detailed information about work tickets.
Enter a work ticket number. Click the Lookup button to view a list of work tickets.
This tab displays the work ticket information, including the status, class, item code, quantity information, and more.
This tab displays the work ticket steps along with their activity code, work center, tool code, and status code.
- Click the Additional Information button to view more details about the selected step.
- Click the Step Text button to view any text that has been entered for the selected step.
- Click the Memo button to manage memos associated with the selected step. If the button appears yellow, a memo exists for the step.
- Click the Export to Excel button to export the contents of the list box to Excel.
This tab displays the materials used in the work ticket along with the associated step number, warehouse, quantity required and issued, and any comments.
- Click the Additional Information button to view more details about the selected item.
- Click the Extended Description button to view the extended description for the selected item.
- Click the Material Transaction Inquiry button to view information about transactions related to the selected item.
- Click the Lot/Serial History button to view lot and serial information. The button is available only for lot or serial items that have a quantity issued.
- Click the Comment button to view comments related to the selected item.
- Click the Export to Excel button to export the contents of the list box to Excel.
Select a step in the Step Filter field to view materials for that step only.
Select an option above the list box to view information about status changes, materials, labor entries, direct costs, purchase orders, or completion transactions.
Click the Search button to search for a record. Click the Zoom button to view more details.
Click the Lot/Serial History button to view lot and serial information. The button is available only in the materials view for lot or serial items that have a quantity issued, and in the completions view for a parent item that is a lot or serial item with a quantity issued.
Select a step in the Step Filter field to view information for that step only.
This tab displays the production start and due date, the expected and actual release dates, and the closed date. The work ticket step detail displays the activity code, work center, status code, status date, start date, and due date.
When the Enable Enhanced Scheduling check box is selected in Production Management Options, the lead time and Manually Schedule check box also appear, and the step detail includes the queue date.

The tab displays totals for labor costs, materials, direct costs, total costs, and labor hours.
Select a step in the Step Filter field to view totals for that step only.
