Select Production Management Setup menu > Work Ticket Template Maintenance. On the Attachments tab, double click any attachment in the grid.
Use this window to edit information about attachments. You can also select a different attachment by entering a different file location.
Select a category for the attachment. This field is available if one or more attachment categories have been created in Attachment Category Maintenance.
Enter a description for the attachment.
Enter the location of the attachment. Click the Browse File button to browse to the attachment.
This field displays the user name, logon, or code for the person who attached the file to the template. The information that displays depends on the selection in the User Display Option field in System Configuration.
This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the date the attachment was added to the template and can only be viewed.
