Vendor Memo Maintenance

Memo Code

Enter the memo code identifying this memo, or click the Lookup button to list all memo codes for this vendor.

 

Subject

Type the subject of the memo.

 

Memo Date

Type the date to be printed on the memo header.

 

Reminder Date

Type the reminder date to be printed on the memo header. The reminder date can be used within the Memo Listing feature to print all memos with information pertaining to a specific range of dates.

 

Display During Data Entry

Select this check box to display the current memo for this vendor automatically in all Purchase Order data entry tasks.

If there are multiple memos selected to display for this vendor, clicking the OK button in a Vendor Memo Display window closes the current window and displays the next memo (in memo code sequence), until all memos have been displayed.

Clear this check box if you do not want to display memos automatically in data entry tasks.

 

Text Entry

Enter text into the window. As the text reaches the end of each line, it wraps to the next line automatically.
