Ship-To Address Maintenance

Address Code

Enter the address code for the ship-to address to add or maintain, or click the Lookup button to list all address codes.

 

Description

Enter a description for this address code. If the Inventory Management module is not integrated with Purchase Order, the company name and address information entered in Company Maintenance appears.

 

Warehouse

Enter a warehouse code, or click the Lookup button to list all warehouse codes.

This field is available only if the Inventory Management module is integrated with Purchase Order and the Require Multiple Warehouses check box is selected in Inventory Management Options.

 

Name

Enter the name of the location.

 

Country

Enter the country code, or click the Lookup button to list all country codes.

A country code is needed to ensure that the correct city and state or province are entered based on the ZIP or postal code.

Enter a new country code to add it using Country Code Maintenance (On the Fly).

 

Address

Enter the street address of the location. Click the Map button to view a map of the location in your Web browser.

 

ZIP/Postal Code

Enter the ZIP or postal code.

Enter a new ZIP or postal code to add it using ZIP/Postal Code Maintenance (On the Fly).

 

City

Enter the name of the city. If a ZIP or postal code is entered, the city name appears automatically.

 

State/Province

Enter the state or province abbreviation. If a ZIP or postal code is entered, the state or province abbreviation appears automatically.

 

Telephone

Enter the telephone number for the location, starting with the area code. Select the telephone type in the field to the right.

For countries other than Canada and the United States, the telephone country code is automatically added to the beginning of the phone number based on the country code.

 

Ext

Enter the telephone extension for the location.

 

Fax

Enter the fax number for the location, starting with the area code.

Note The fax number must include the area code to process a fax.

For countries other than Canada and the United States, the telephone country code is automatically added to the beginning of the fax number based on the country code.

 

E-mail Address

Enter the e-mail address for the location. Click the E-mail button to launch your e-mail application. The e-mail address defaults automatically to the To section of the e-mail.  

 

Contact

Enter the ship-to contact's name.
