Based on whether your security setup allows you to reverse checks and direct deposits outside of the current quarter, you will either see all checks and direct deposits listed or only checks and direct deposits issued during the current quarter.
Select this check box to copy any memos entered for the original check or direct deposit to the reversal record. Clear this check box if you don't want to copy memos.
