Select Payroll Setup menu > Deduction Code Maintenance. In the Deduction Code Maintenance window, click Apply.

Overview

Use Apply Deduction to Employees to apply a new deduction code or to apply changes to standard deduction rates for a group of employees.

In Deduction Code Maintenance, clicking Cancel after clicking Apply does not cancel changes made.
