Select Return Merchandise Authorization Inquiries menu > RMA Inquiry. On the RMA Inquiry Lines tab, select a line and click the Documents button.

Overview

Use Generated Documents or Xpress Orders to view documents generated for the selected line item.

If the RMA was retrieved from the RMA Receipts History file (has a status of Received), this window is called Generated Documents and you can drill down to view the generated sales order, credit memo, purchase order, or return order for the line item.

If the RMA was retrieved from the RMA Data Entry files, this window is called Xpress Orders and you can drill down to view the generated sales order for the line item.
