Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select Sales Order Shipping menu > Shipping Data Entry. In the Shipping Data Entry window, enter the shipper ID and order number. Click the Shipping tab, and then click Tracking. In the Summary Package Tracking window, click the Item Package Detail button.

Use Item Packaging Inquiry to display the contents of the package. This task is available only for invoices created in Sales Order Shipping Data Entry, if a package is selected, and if the line item is not a miscellaneous charge or comment. The quantity of each item in the package is listed.
Select a row and click the Export to Excel button to export the contents of the list box to Microsoft Excel. The button is available if Excel is installed on your computer and you have the appropriate security setup.
