Select Sales Order Inquiries menu > Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry. In the Sales Order and Quote History window, in the Order No. field, enter the sales order number, and then click the Lines tab. Select a line item and  then click the Additional Information button.

Overview

Use Additional Fields to view additional information for the sales order line item selected. You can view information such as the sales account, cost of goods account, date promised, discount percentage, warehouse, product type, price level, price code, costing, and vendor number. The Customer Action field is available only if the order was generated using the Return Merchandise Authorization module. Cost code and cost type information is available only if the Job Cost module is integrated with Sales Order, and the Post Invoice Costs to Job Cost check box is selected in Sales Order Options. The Purchase Order No. and PO Required Date fields are available only if the Purchase Order module is activated.
