Select Sales Order Setup menu > Purchase Control Maintenance. In the Purchase Control Maintenance window, click the Prod Lines tab and then click the Multiple Product Line Selection button.  

Overview

Use Multiple Product Line Selection to simultaneously select multiple product lines using a selection criteria. After making your selection, you can delete or add additional product lines as needed in Purchase Control Maintenance.
