Enter the shipping/invoice number to view. Click the Lookup button to list the shipments that were entered using Shipping Data Entry and updated during Sales Journal Update. If the invoice has been deleted, "DEL" appears in the Type field. If the invoice is an existing shipping invoice, "SHP" appears in the Type field.
This field displays the user ID of the user who initially entered the information in Shipping Data Entry, and can only be viewed.
