Access this utility using one of the following methods:

Select Accounts Receivable Utilities menu > Purge Customer Audit Report.

Select Accounts Receivable Reports menu > Customer Audit Report. In the Customer Audit Report window, click Purge.
This utility is available only if an option other than None is selected at the Customer Changes to Track field in Accounts Receivable Options.
Use Purge Customer Audit Report to purge all Customer Audit Report information on or before the date entered.
The Purge Customer Audit Report prints first, followed by the purge. If you do not purge the Customer Audit file after printing the Purge Customer Audit Report, the transaction information remains in the file and is available for future reporting needs.
