A Vault-only account is a Nuvei/Paya account that is used only for storing the last 4 digits of credit card numbers; it cannot be used to process credit card transactions.

Note In Sage 100 2025, the automatic creation of vault-only accounts was retired.

If you have a Vault-only account that you want to convert to a processing account for use with Paya Exchange, you must contact Nuvei/Paya and provide the Vault-only ID and Vault-only key that appear in Company Maintenance.
