Purge Exp Quotes/Master/Repeating Orders

 

Remove Expired Quotes

Select this check box to remove all quotes with expiration dates on or before the date entered in the Remove Entries Expired on or Before field. Clear this check box if you do not want to purge expired quotes.

 

Remove Expired Master Orders

Select this check box to remove all master orders with expiration dates on or before the date entered in the Remove Entries Expired on or Before field. Clear this check box if you do not want to purge expired master orders.

 

Remove Expired Repeating Orders

Select this check to remove all repeating orders with expiration dates on or before the date entered in the Remove Entries Expired on or Before field. Clear this check box if you do not want to purge expired repeating orders.

 

Remove Entries Expired on or Before

Enter the expiration date to use for removing quotes, master orders, or repeating orders, or click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar. All selected quotes, master orders, or repeating orders that expired on or before this date will be permanently removed from the system. This field defaults to the Purchase Order accounting date and is available only if the Remove Expired Quotes, Remove Expired Master Orders, or Remove Expired Repeating Orders check box is selected.
