Perform one of the following:
- Select Sales Order Reports menu > Sales Order Audit Report.
- Select Sales Order Main menu > Sales Order Entry. Select a sales order and click the Audit Viewer button. In the Sales Order Audit Activity window, click the Print button.
Note This report is available only if an option other than None is selected in the Sales Order Changes to Track field in Sales Order Options.
Use Sales Order Audit Report to track changes, deletions, and additions made to sales order information, including changes made through Visual Integrator import. Changes tracked also include header, detail lines, payments, and lot/serial distributions.
This report notes the date and time of the changes, and the user logon that made the changes.
