If you cannot see your printer when trying to print a report
If you don't see your printer in the printer list, it could be due to a disruption in network traffic or because the remote computer doesn't have access to the printers on your local computer.
- Close the tab in which Sage 100 is running.
- On the Sage 100 home page, select Windows Mode, and then click the Sage 100 icon.
- In the RemoteApp window, click .
- In the Allow the remote computer to access the following resources section, select the Printers check box.
Tip: The Drives check box must be selected if you plan to use the Data Drive to transfer files.
- Click .
- Try again to print something.
