If you cannot see your printer when trying to print a report

If you don't see your printer in the printer list, it could be due to a disruption in network traffic or because the remote computer doesn't have access to the printers on your local computer.

  1. Close the tab in which Sage 100 is running.
  2. On the Sage 100 home page, select Windows Mode, and then click the Sage 100 icon.
  3. In the RemoteApp window, click Show Details.
  4. In the Allow the remote computer to access the following resources section, select the Printers check box.

    Tip: The Drives check box must be selected if you plan to use the Data Drive to transfer files.

  5. Click Connect.
  6. Try again to print something.
