Overriding Automatic Break Deductions

On the TimeCard Entry and Edit and TimeCard Entry - New Entries Only Main tab click Override to override the automatic break deductions. Entry of a password is required if a password is assigned in the Override Password field in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window. The Override button appears only if the Allow Overrides of Break Deductions check box is selected in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window. The Override feature applies to open entries only; you can override automatic break deductions only if you are creating an entry or closing an open entry.
