Default Values for TimeCard Entry
Type the default date for the date that work was performed.
Enter the default labor code, or click the Lookup button to list all labor codes.
Enter the default earnings code, or click the Lookup button to list all earnings codes.
Select this check box to continually default the date worked to the date typed in the Date Worked field in the Default Values for TimeCard Entry window. If this check box is selected, even if you recall an entry on file with a different date or create a new entry with a different date, the next entry defaults to the date entered at the Date Worked field. Clear this check box if you want the default date to change to the date you enter or the date on the entry you recall during data entry.
Auto Calculate Overtime Hours Without Punch
Select this check box to automatically calculate overtime hours without a punch time entered. Clear this check box if you do not want to automatically calculate overtime. This check box appears only if the Enable TimeClock Operation check box is selected in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window. For more information, see TimeCard & TimeClock Options.
Select a method for advancing through employees when the Next Number button is clicked in the Employee No. field in the TimeCard Entry window.
Select Employee Number to advance through employees in employee number order.
Select Last Name to advance through employees in employee name order (last name, first name).
