Select TimeCard Setup menu > TimeCard Employee Maintenance.

Overview

Use TimeCard Employee Maintenance to maintain passwords, employee-specific default earnings codes, and shift codes. If all employees use the same TimeClock shift, you can bypass this option by creating a default shift code "DF" in TimeClock Shift Maintenance.

Default earnings codes established in TimeCard Employee Maintenance take precedence over the default earnings codes established in TimeClock Shift Maintenance.
