TimeCard Employee Maintenance - Fields

 

TimeCard Employee Maintenance

Employee No.

Enter an employee number, or click the Lookup button to list all employee numbers. Click the Search button to list employees previously set up in TimeCard Employee Maintenance. For more information, see TimeCard Employee Maintenance.

 

Name

This field displays the employee name, and can only be viewed.

 

TimeClock Password

Type a password for this employee. This field is available only if the Require Password check box is selected in TimeCard & TimeClock Options. For more information, see TimeCard & TimeClock Options.

 

Badge Number

Type the badge number for this employee.

 

Default Regular Time Earnings Code

Enter the default earnings code to use for regular time, or click the Lookup button to list all earnings codes. Leave this field blank to use the default regular time earnings code set up in the Default Earnings Code (Regular Time) field in TimeClock Shift Maintenance. For more information, see TimeClock Shift Maintenance.

 

Default Overtime Earnings Code

Enter the default earnings code to use for overtime, or click the Lookup button to list all earnings codes. Leave this field blank to use the default overtime earnings code set up in the Default Earnings Code (Overtime) field in TimeClock Shift Maintenance. For more information, see TimeClock Shift Maintenance.

 

Default Unscheduled Leave Earnings Code

Enter the default earnings code to use for unscheduled leave, or click the Lookup button to list all earnings codes. Leave this field blank to use the default unscheduled leave earnings code set up in the Default Earnings Code (Unscheduled Leave) field in TimeClock Shift Maintenance. For more information, see TimeClock Shift Maintenance.

 

Shift Code

Enter a default shift code, or click the Lookup button to list all shift codes.

 

Cost Code

Enter a default cost code, or click the Lookup button to list all cost codes.
