The Auto Startup feature allows you to access the TimeClock Punch In/Punch Out, Attendance Worksheet, TimeCard Utilities, and Auto Punch Out tasks without using the Sage 100 Desktop. You can set up shortcuts on the Windows Desktop for each of these tasks.
You must be working on a Sage 100 system to use the Auto Startup feature.
You can access the TimeCard tasks outside of the Desktop only if you have the appropriate security setup.
For Sage 100 Advanced, you must have a drive mapping or a UNC path available for the Sage 100 Advanced server.
You must create a separate desktop shortcut for each task.
To establish the Auto Startup feature for TimeCard tasks
Create a Windows Desktop shortcut for the task you want to run outside the Sage 100 Desktop.
Right-click the shortcut icon.
In the shortcut Properties window, in the Target field, type the following Sage 100 path for the task.
