Table Code

Enter an expense distribution table code or click the Lookup button to view all expense distribution table codes. Table codes can contain alphanumeric and special characters.

 

Description

Type a description for the expense distribution table. The description will appear in data entry tasks when the table is selected.

 

G/L Account

Enter the general ledger account number for distribution, or click the Lookup button to list all general ledger accounts.

Accounts can be created in this field if the appropriate option is selected in the Auto Create when all Segments are Valid field in General Ledger Options.

 

Percent

Enter the percentage to be distributed to the selected account, or click the Calculator button to enter an amount using the calculator. Negative percentage amounts are not allowed. If you enter a negative number, it will be changed to a positive value.

Total Percent

This field displays the total distribution percentage for all of the accounts and can only be viewed.

If the total distribution percentage is less than 100 percent, you can click Apply Balance to apply the remaining percentage amount to the current line. The Apply Balance button is available only if the total percentage is less than 100 percent.
