Component Item Code
Enter the component item code for the component to examine, or click the Lookup button to list all component item codes. Click the Phantom Bills List button to list all phantom bills. The Phantom Bills List button is available only if the Use Phantom Bills check box is selected in the Bill of Materials Options window. For more information, see Bill of Materials Options - Fields.

Click the Component Zoom button to open the Bill of Materials Maintenance window for the component item, if the component item is a bill. If the component item is not a bill but an inventory item, the Bill of Materials Maintenance window is not available.
- Click the Component Zoom drop-down button to view additional information for the component item.
These tasks are available only if you have the appropriate security setup.
Note Item Maintenance is available only if the component item is not a phantom bill.

Item Maintenance
Description
This field displays the description of the component item code selected, and can only be viewed.
Unit of Measure
This field displays the unit of measure of the component item code, and can only be viewed.
Current Revision
This field displays the current revision code that represents the current information for the bill, and can only be viewed. This field is available only if the Require Bill Revisions check box is selected in Bill of Materials Options, and when the component item is not also a bill.
All Component Revisions
Select this check box to display the bills where all revisions for the selected component item are used. Clear this check box to display the bills where only the current revision for the component item selected is used. This field is available only if the Require Bill Revisions check box is selected in Bill of Materials Options, and the component item is a bill.
Single-Level
Select this option to display the single-level bill where a specific item is a component.
Indented
Select this option to display a list of all bills on which a component is indented from the bill.
The list of bills are displayed in a tree view format. The Tree View feature allows the bill detail to be expanded or collapsed. Click the Collapse Tree or Expand Tree buttons to collapse or expand the entire bill structure.
Summarized
Select this option to display multi-level bills that list the component and the quantity required.
Inquiry List Box
This list box displays the component information based on the type of inquiry selected.
Use the buttons located to the right of the list box to view additional information. In the Indented view, click the Collapse Tree or Expand Tree buttons to collapse or expand the entire bill structure.
