Access this window using one of the following methods:
Select Accounts Receivable Main menu > Invoice History Inquiry. On the Main tab, next to the Credit Card or ACH Account field, click the Payment Information button.
Select Sales Order Inquiries menu > Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry. On the Totals tab, next to the Credit Card or ACH Account field, click the Payment Information button.
Note The Payment Information button is available only for invoices and sales orders that have associated credit card or ACH payments.
Use Payment Information (Inquiry) to view credit card or ACH payment information for the selected customer.
This task is available only if an option other than None is selected in the Enable Payments field in Company Maintenance.
