Select Job Cost Estimating menu > Job Estimate Maintenance. On the Job Estimate Maintenance Item Detail tab, click the Item Pricing Lookup button.

This task is available only for items from Item Pricing Maintenance.

Use Item Pricing Lookup to display pricing information for the current estimate item. If the item is a new entry for this estimate, the standard pricing information from the Item Pricing file appears. If the item was previously entered for this estimate and then changed, the modified information appears. The modified item pricing information is not necessarily the information existing in the Item Pricing file; it is information existing in a separate Item Pricing file that you are establishing for this estimate only.

You can save the displayed item pricing modifications to the Item Pricing file. These modifications replace the existing standard price information. You can also reset the displayed information for the item to the existing information in the Item Pricing file.
