To access Job Cost History Purge Selection, select Job Cost Period End menu > Job Cost History Purge Utility. In the Job Cost History Purge Utility window, click Select.

To access Job Cost History Restore Selection, select Job Cost Period End menu > Job Cost History Restore Utility. In the Job Cost History Restore Utility window, click Select.

Overview

Use Job Cost History Purge Selection to select individual jobs to purge from the history files.

Use Job Cost History Restore Selection to select individual jobs to restore from the history files to the active files.

After selecting jobs to be purged or restored, you can proceed with the purge or restore process. You are prompted to print and then update the Job Cost History Purge Selection Register or the Job Cost History Restore Selection Register. The jobs are purged from the history files or restored to the active files when you update the appropriate register.
