Use the following procedure to set the default zoom setting for a user when previewing reports, listings, and forms.

Note These settings apply to reports, forms, and listings in all modules except Job Cost, Material Requirements Planning, Payroll, TimeCard, and Work Order.

Expand/Collapse item  Before You Begin

You must have the appropriate security setup to access User Maintenance.

 

To change the default Report Preview zoom setting

  1. Select Library Master Main menu > User Maintenance.

  2. Enter the user logon. For more information, see User Maintenance - Fields.

  3. Click the Preferences tab.

  4. In the Default Report Preview Zoom field, select the default zoom setting to use when previewing reports, listings, and forms.

  5. Click Accept.

The default zoom setting is set for the user when a report, listing, and form is viewed.
