Use this procedure to modify a custom visual
process flow.
Before
You Begin
To modify a custom visual process flow
Warning You
must click Save Process Flow to save to save changes made in the Visual Process
Flow Designer.

Select Visual Process Flows
Setup menu > Visual
Process Flows Manager.

Select a process flow.

Click the Open Process Flow
Designer button.
Note
You can also click one of the buttons to copy or modify the settings
of the selected process flow. This will start the applicable wizard.
You can select the check box to access the designer before clicking
Finish on the last page of the wizard.

Use the Visual Process Flows
Designer to customize the process flow.

Click a text box to
move or resize it. Double-click a text box to edit the text.

Select an object and
use the toolbar to perform commands such as Copy and Paste.

To link an object
to a Sage 100 task:
- Select the object and click the
link button.
- Click the selection button next
to the Function field.
- Select the module, menu, and task.
- Click OK.
For more information
on using the designer, click the Help menu on the designer toolbar and
select Help site.

When you are finished editing
the process flow, click Save Process Flow. To exit the designer
without saving your changes, click Exit Designer Mode.
The changes to your process flow are saved.
