Use the Visual Process Flow Designer to create custom process flows. Process flows can include graphic elements and text elements. Use links and actions to define behaviors for these elements. Links connect elements to tasks in your accounting system or to other resources. Actions specify dynamic behaviors for elements, such as showing or hiding elements in the process flow.
There are multiple ways to access the Visual Process Flow Designer from the Visual Process Flows Manager:

Select a process flow and click the Open Process Flow Designer button.

Click Create a Custom Process Flow and proceed through the wizard. Before clicking Finish on the last page, select the check box to access the designer.

Click one of the buttons on the right side of the window to copy or modify the settings of a custom process flow, and proceed through the wizard. Before clicking Finish on the last page, select the check box to access the designer.
For details on using the designer, click the Help menu on the designer toolbar.
Note The Visual Process Flow Designer is used by multiple Sage accounting solutions. Some fields and controls in the designer are not used in Sage 100.
