Paperless Office Delivery Options (Employee Maintenance)

Employee No.

This field displays the employee number entered in Employee Maintenance, and can only be viewed.

 

Last Name

This field displays the last name of the employee entered in Employee Maintenance, and can only be viewed.

 

First Name

This field displays the first name of the employee entered in Employee Maintenance, and can only be viewed.

 

Document

This field displays Direct Deposit Stub, and can only be viewed.

 

Print

Select this check box to print a hard copy of the direct deposit stub in addition to storing it as a PDF document. Some Paperless Office output options are available in printing windows only if this check box is selected. For more information, see Paperless Office Output Options.

 

E-mail

Select this check box to e-mail direct deposit stubs to the e-mail address defined in the E-mail Address field, in addition to storing it as a PDF document. Stubs are e-mailed to employees as PDF attachments, with one PDF document attached to each e-mail. If this check box is selected, you must define an employee e-mail address. Clear this check box to store the form as a PDF document without sending it by e-mail.

This check box is available only if the Forms check box is selected in the Paperless Office Form Maintenance window. For more information, see Form Maintenance.

 

Password

Type the password to use for opening direct deposit stubs in PDF format for this employee. You can type up to 32 characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.

For new direct deposit employees, this field defaults to the type of password defined in Paperless Office Form Maintenance. For more information, see Form Maintenance.

This password can be updated here or in Employee Self Service. For more information, see Employee Self Service.

 

E-mail Address

Type the full e-mail address of the employee to whom direct deposit stubs and password information will be sent. This e-mail address can be updated here or in Employee Self Service. For more information, see Employee Self Service.

Click E-mail Password to send the employee password to the e-mail address entered. If the password is the employee's Social Security number, the message states only: "Your password for viewing your direct deposit stubs is your Social Security number." The E-mail Password button is available only if the Password and E-mail Address fields have been entered. The sender e-mail address used is the address entered in the From E-mail Address field in the Form Maintenance window. If the From E-mail Address field is blank, the address entered in the E-mail Address field in the Company Maintenance window is used.
