Navigation

Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. In Employee Maintenance, enter an employee number and then click Direct Deposit. The Direct Deposit button is available only if the Direct Deposit check box is selected. In the Direct Deposits window, click Paperless. The Paperless button is available only if the Forms check box is selected in Paperless Office Options, and direct deposit stubs are set up in Paperless Office Form Maintenance.

Overview

Use Paperless Office Delivery Options to enable and define direct deposit stub delivery options for the selected employee. You can define whether to print and/or e-mail direct deposit stubs, the employee password for opening direct deposit stubs in PDF format, and the employee e-mail address for stubs.
