Select Purchase Order Inquiries menu > Purchase Order History Inquiry.

This task is available only if the Retain Purchase Order History check box is selected in Purchase Order Options.

Overview

Use Purchase Order History Inquiry to view purchase order history information. Deleted purchase orders and deleted lines may be included in the history depending on the selections made in the Retain Deleted Orders and Retain Deleted Lines for Order fields in Purchase Order Options. If Prompt is selected in the Retain Deleted Orders and/or Retain Deleted Lines for Orders fields in Purchase Order Options, you can also view the cancellation codes.

The information in Purchase Order History Inquiry can only be viewed.
