This field displays the earnings code description and can only be viewed.

Exclude

Select this check box if you do not want to include hours entered using the applicable earnings code when generating the ACA Applicable Large Employer Report. Clear this check box to include the hours in the report.

Note Only hours entered using earnings codes with the Standard and Add Amount to Rate methods are included in the report calculations.
