Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. In the Employee Maintenance window, click Earnings. The Earnings and Vacation Inquiry window appears. In the Earnings and Vacation Inquiry window, click the Vacation, Sick, or third (user-defined) benefit button .

Overview

Use Benefit Accrual to display vacation, sick, or third (user-defined) benefit information.

Changes made in this window are not posted to the general ledger.

If a number other than "0" is entered in the Eligibility Wait field in Benefit Schedule Maintenance, additional fields are available when you click Vacation, Sick, or the third user-defined benefit button.
