Periodic Benefit Accrual

Pay Cycles

Select a pay cycle code.

 

Report Option To Print

Select the type of employees to include on the report (salaried, hourly, or both).

 

Deduction Period

Select the deduction period assigned to the benefit schedule code in Benefit Schedule Maintenance.

 

Benefit Schedule Code To Accrue

Enter a specific benefit schedule , or select the All check box to include all benefit schedule codes. Click the Lookup button to list all benefit schedule codes

 

Accrue Based on Hire or Review Date

Select whether to print the accrual based on review date, hire date, or no date range.

 

Number of Hours

Enter the number of hours to use in the calculation of accrued benefit hours. The resulting benefit hours equals the number of hours multiplied by the accrual or table rate. This field relates to the accrual method in Benefit Schedule Maintenance.

 

Number of Dollars

Enter the number of dollars to use in the calculation of accrued benefit hours. The resulting benefit hours equals the number of dollars multiplied by the accrual or table rate. This field relates to the accrual method in Benefit Schedule Maintenance.

 

Number of Days

Enter the number of days to use in the calculation of accrued benefit hours. The resulting benefit hours equals the number of days multiplied by the accrual or table rate. This field relates to the accrual method in Benefit Schedule Maintenance.

 

Number of Weeks

Enter the number of weeks to use in the calculation of accrued benefit hours. The resulting benefit hours equals the number of weeks multiplied by the accrual or table rate. This field relates to the accrual method in Benefit Schedule Maintenance.

 

Number of Checks

This field defaults to 1 and is for display purposes only.

 

Employee Number

Enter a range of employee numbers, or select the All check box to include all employees. Click the Lookup button to list all employee numbers.

 

Starting Review Date

Enter a starting date. An employee is included if their review date falls within the range of the entered starting and ending dates. This field is available only if you selected Review Date Range in the Accrue Based on Hire or Review Date field.

 

Ending Review Date

Enter an ending date. An employee is included if their review date falls within the range of the entered starting and ending review dates. This field is available only if you selected Review Date Range in the Accrue Based on Hire or Review Date field.

 

Starting Hire Date

Enter a starting date. An employee is included if their hire date falls within the range of the entered starting and ending dates. This field is available only if you selected Hire Date Range in the Accrue Based on Hire or Review Date field.

 

Ending Hire Date

Enter an ending date. An employee is included if their hire date falls within the range of the entered starting and ending dates. This field is available only if you selected Hire Date Range in the Accrue Based on Hire or Review Date field.
