Select Payroll Period End menu > Periodic Benefit Accrual.

Note This task is available only if Periodic Accrual or Periodic Accrual & Data Entry is selected in the Allow Benefit Accruals From field in Payroll Options. If Data Entry Only is selected, benefit accrual can be processed only in Payroll Data Entry.

Overview

Periodic Benefit Accrual allows the accrual of employee benefits based on user-defined intervals rather than, or in addition to, the normal payroll processing cycle.
