Print Federal Data
Select this check box to produce a federal report showing quarter-to-date and year-to-date wage and tax information. If your Payroll is departmental, subtotals by department will also print. If tip earnings and EIC are reported, a Federal Tax - Tip Earnings and EIC Report prints following the Federal Tax Report. Clear this check box to exclude federal data from the report.
Print FICA Tip Data
Select this check box to produce a report showing FICA and FICA Tip amounts separately. If your payroll is departmental, subtotals by department also print. Clear this check box to print a report with the FICA and FICA Tip amounts combined.
Print State Data
Select this check box to produce a state report showing quarter-to-date and year-to-date wage and tax information. If your Payroll is departmental, subtotals by department will also print. Clear this check box to exclude state data from the report.
Print Local Data
Select this check box to produce a local report showing quarter-to-date and year-to-date wage and tax information. If your Payroll is departmental, subtotals by department will also print. Clear this check box to exclude local data from the report.
Employee Number
Enter a range of employee numbers, or select the All check box to include all employee numbers. Click the Lookup button to list all employee numbers.
State Code
If you selected the Print State Data check box, you can enter a state tax code for which to print a report. Select the All check box to include all state codes. Click the Lookup button to list all state codes.
Print Detail Report
Select this check box to include detail information on the report, providing wage and tax detail information for each employee. Clear this check box to include only summary information, providing only the totals for gross wages, wages subject to FICA, FUTA, SDI, SUTA, and the amount of taxes withheld for the selected reporting c
ategories (federal data, state data, and/or local data).
Doublespace Each Line
Select this check box to print the report double-spaced. Clear this check box to print the report single-spaced.
