Select Payroll Setup menu > Benefit Schedule Maintenance. Enter a schedule code and then click Apply.

Overview

Use this window to apply changes made to a benefit schedule to a group of employees who are already assigned to that benefit schedule.

The annual limits for all selected employees who are assigned to the benefit schedule are reset to the specified hours per year.
