Select Return Merchandise Authorization Inquiries menu > RMA Inquiry.

Overview

Use RMA Inquiry to view all RMAs created in the RMA Entry window and all RMA receipts generated using the RMA Receipts Entry window. When an RMA number is entered, the system automatically determines which file, RMA Data Entry or RMA Receipts History, contains the data and displays it accordingly.
