Select Accounts Receivable Main menu > Customer Maintenance. In Customer Maintenance, at the drop-down button, select Ship To Address. In the Customer Ship-To Address Maintenance window, enter the location code and then select the Relate to Sage CRM check box. At the Sage CRM Address field, click the Suggest Relationship button.

Use Suggested Relationships for Addresses to select a Sage CRM address to have a relationship with the selected Sage 100 ship-to address.
Note A relationship must be created between a Sage CRM company and an Accounts Receivable customer before relationships can be created between their addresses.
